2007 Clinics

· Train with your friends!  Age group training for all kids 7-15.

· June 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 1-3pm

· Meet at YMCA pool - Temescal Canyon in  Pacific Palisades

· Bring your bike, helmet, running shoes, swimsuit, towel, goggles (optional) and sunscreen

2007 Youth Triathlon

· Race starts promptly at 10:00 am  on July 4, 2007 at Palisades Library, on Alma Real Drive

· Registration and body marking  at Palisades Library starting at 8am

· Race starts in front of library on the bike, then leave bike and helmet at library, run to YMCA pool, swim to the finish.  Awards immediately following race at the pool!

· Bring and wear everything you need for the race: bike, helmet, running shoes, WEAR your swim suit, carry goggles: there is no clothing change!  We’ll give you a race t-shirt at registration.

· Nutrition and plenty of volunteers on the course!  Kids and volunteers only on course and in transition areas.
